We are currently in the thick of it: the complete renovation of the historic property on Plantage Muidergracht in Amsterdam Centrum is well underway. Valorbouw is busy behind the scenes with the extensive structural renovations of this characteristic canal house. The heavy steel support beams are being installed to achieve the new, open layout, and the construction of the three spacious dormer windows has also commenced. It is an intensive construction phase in which the craftsmanship of our team is already clearly visible.
To show what we are working towards, we have created the first images of the future ‘after’ situation. These realistic impressions provide a beautiful picture of what the building will look like once the renovation is fully completed. The visuals, which bring together the restored authentic brickwork, the sleek white facade finish, the luxury roof terrace, and the bright, modernly finished interior spaces, can now be admired on our projects blog.
